Biggest challenge: MTB Half Marathon - my first MTB endurance race.

Reason for starting: Sore neck, wanted to achieve the three things your business states - STRENGTH,SPEED,STAMINA.
Reason for staying: Could see instant results, both in myself and my sport. Great bunch of people to be around. Make you feel welcome.
Biggest Challenge: 24hr Mountain Bike Ride
Highlights: From the first day I started here. My fitness level has changed ten fold. The motorsport has benefited from it as well. 2005 Australian Sports 1300 Champion. 5th Outright QLD 500 Enduro Race (First 4cyl team home).
I used to get out of the car and feel totally drained. Recently I competed in an enduro race and did 33 laps (1hr 15 min) in one stint. And got out of the car - ready and raring to go again. What a turn around in fitness.
