For proven results

Since opening Race Elements in 2005, we have been the leader in strength training using resistance equipment for road riding within Australia. Using a Race Elements personal trainer will allow you to condition your body for proven performance gains.

We recommend a minimum of 1 strength session a week with our personal trainers. Programs are taylor made for your particular goals. Increase in performance on the bike is usually felt within 5 weeks.

Each personal training session involves:

  • Core stability exercises.
  • Periodised strength training exercises.
  • Contact strength exercises.
  • Injury prevention exercises
  • 1 on 1 stretching.

Here are some quick general points about our personal training:

  • Our trainers are prompt and effective at helping you achieve your goals.
  • Sessions take 30-45 min's on average.
  • We have showers and toilets for your convenience.
  • Our training is guaranteed.
  • We are open Monday - Friday 5.00am - 8.30pm, Saturdays 7am - 12pm.
