Sports Conditioning - 10% Performance Gain.
Since 2005, Race Elements has been the leader in Sports Conditioning for road bike riding within Australia. Using a Race Elements personal trainer will allow you to condition your body for proven performance gains. On average, we see an increase of 10% in performance gains over a 3 month period.
We recommend a minimum of one Sports Conditioning session per week with our personal trainers. Programs are tailor made for your particular goals. An intial increase in performance on the bike is usually felt within 4 weeks.
Each personal training session involves:
- Core stability exercises
- Periodised strength training exercises
- Biomechanical efficiency exercises
- Injury prevention exercises
- 1 on 1 stretching
Here are some quick general points about our personal training:
- Our trainers are prompt and effective at helping you achieve your goals
- Sessions take 45 min's on average
- We have showers and toilets for your convenience
- We are open Monday - Friday 5.00am - 8.30pm, Saturdays 7am - 12pm (by booking only)
