Race Elements offers a range of personal training services for people that have general health and fitness goals. We find that our clients with general fitness goals tend to enjoy the aspect of training for fun social events. With this in mind, we tailor make periodised programs with events as targets. While training for the event, the clients fitness goals are also achieved!

We recommend a minimum of 1 personal training session a week with our personal trainers.

Each personal training session involves:

  • Core stability exercises.
  • Periodised cardiovascular training and/or strength training exercises.
  • Stabilization exercises.
  • Injury prevention exercises.
  • 1 on 1 stretching.

Here are some quick general points about our personal training:

  • Our trainers are prompt and effective at helping you achieve your goals.
  • Sessions take 30-45 min's on average.
  • We have showers and toilets for your convenience.
  • Our training is guaranteed.
  • We are open Monday - Friday 5.00am - 8.30pm, Saturdays 7am - 12pm.
