Before each session, your trainer will have confirmed your session by phone call, text or email at least 12 hours before the booked appointment.

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before each session.

Each time you visit the studio to see your trainer, you will be taken through your training program that has been formulated by your trainer.

They will:

- Supply you with your preferred flavored Endura sports drink.
- Carry your towel and water bottle.
- Keep exact notes of sets, repetitions and weight of each exercise.
- Introduce you to any other clients and trainers in the room.
- Take you through stretches.
- Have you rate your performance at the end of the session.
- Write down feedback about the session for your next visit.
- Inform you of the amount of prepaid sessions you have remaining if you have purchased a pack.
- Ask you to sign the session notes.

After your session, please feel free to relax in our front area. We have fresh fruit and drinks provided free of charge.

During this time, you can schedule your future sessions if you need. An email with the appointment time will be sent to you.

We also have a wide range of reading material that you can read during your relaxation time at the studio. You are more then welcome to borrow any material. We do ask that you bring it back within 14 days.
