First Session
Your first session
Your trainer will be waiting for you at the studio. Simon or Bec will have booked the private consultation room so you can talk in private.
Once settled, you will be able to select from a range of specialised sports drinks and fresh fruit. Your trainer will prepare your preferred drink and fruit.
The talk you then have with your trainer will help guide them into creating the perfect training program for you to help you both achieve your goals. This includes the selection of exercises that will help you and your trainer see where your weaker links are. Finding these weaker links is important. Once they are found then the ideal program and progressions can be mapped out by your trainer to ensure you achieve your goals.
Once the talk has concluded, you will then be taken through the selected exercises. Please bring clothes you can exercise in.
Some of these exercises will be done in the private consultation room, while other exercises will be done in the main training studio.
Once you and your trainer have finished putting you through your paces, your trainer will provide you with a one on one stretch. Then your trainer will express their views as to what they think it will take to achieve your goals. This entire process will take about 75 minutes.
Achieving your goals may mean having single or multiple sessions with the trainer at the studio each week. It may also include having online training supplied to you which covers running/riding/swimming/walking.
At this point in time, your trainer will recommend your level of financial investment.
