March - 8 Week Challenge Schedule of Events:

Thursday 1st July – 1 hour meet and greet with drinks and nibbles 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Saturday 3rd – 1.5 hour Test session, must have heart rate monitor.

Thursday 8th -  1hr Seminar on Cycling Programs then 30 minute Cross Training class 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Friday 9th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 10th Group Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off Bunya.

Thursday 15th1hr Seminar on Nutrition then 30 minute Cross Training class @ Race Elements.

Friday 16th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 17thGroup Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off Gap Creek.

Thursday 22th – Bike Maintenance Course at the Race Elements studio 6:30pm kick off.

Friday 23th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 24th - Merida 24hr teams challenge!!
Sunday 25th - Merida 24hr teams challenge!!

Thursday 29th – 1.5 hour Cross Training class 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Friday 30th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 31stGroup Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off @ Bunya.

Thursday 5th of August 1hr Seminar on Bike Set Up then 30 minute Cross Training class.

Friday 6th - Mt Cootha Smash 1.5hrs. 6am kick off at Simpsons Rd.

Saturday 7th - Group ride at Bunya for 2hrs. 7am kick off.

Thursday 12th - 1hr interview with the National 2008 XC Champion Aiden Lefmann. Question and answer time at the end.

Friday 13th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 14th - 1.5 hour Test Ride must have heart rate monitor.

Thursday 19th - Awards night at Race Elements Studio 6:30pm kick off.
