8 Week Challengefull


March - 8 Week Challenge Schedule of Events:

Thursday 4th March – 1 hour meet and greet with drinks and nibbles 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Saturday 6th – 1.5 hour Test session, must have heart rate monitor.

Thursday 11th -  1hr Seminar on Cycling Programs then 30 minute Cross Training class 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Friday 12th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Sunday 14th Group Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off Bunya.

Thursday 18th1hr Seminar on Nutrition then 30 minute Cross Training class @ Race Elements.

Friday 19th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 20th Group Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off Gap Creek.

Thursday 25th – Bike Maintenance Course at the Race Elements studio 6:30pm kick off.

Friday 26th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 27th - Special Road Ride Session !!

Thursday 1st of April – 1.5 hour Cross Training class 6:30pm @ Race Elements studio.

Friday 2nd - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 3rd Group Skills Training Session for 2 hours. 7am kick off @ Bunya.

Thursday 8th1hr Seminar on Bike Set Up then 30 minute Cross Training class.

Friday 9th - Mt Cootha Smash 1.5hrs. 6am kick off at Simpsons Rd.

Saturday 10th - Group ride at Bunya for 2hrs. 7am kick off.

Thursday 15th - 1hr interview with the National 2008 XC Champion Aiden Lefmann. Question and answer time at the end.

Friday 16th - River Loop on mountain bikes meeting at Park Road 6am.

Saturday 17th - 1.5 hour Test Ride must have heart rate monitor.

Thursday 22th - Awards night at Race Elements Studio 6:30pm kick off.
