Weekend Warrior Adventure Racing and Running Online Training is great way to access our tried
and tested training programs written by Anna with a minimal investment.
Your program is delivered to your own online training account which you access through this website. The program will take you through build periods and peak periods over the 12 weeks.
Anna has prepared 3 levels of programs that will give you 12 weeks of either pure running exercises or adventure racing exercises. Typical adventure racing exercises cover running, paddling and mtb riding, each week.
Each different level will cater for people with different amounts of time dedicated to training:
- Level 1 - 4 hours training/wk/average.
- Level 2 - 6 hours training/wk/average.
- Level 3 - 10 hours training/wk/average.
It's important to be realistic with your training. Everyone wishes they had more time to ride, however lifestyle and commitments play a big part in your training regime.
Price per level is $160 (aus).
All that you have to do now is pick a level and get in touch with us. We process payments over the phone with your Credit Card, via a PayPal invoice or EFT.
