Our online training has just undergone a rebuild, so now we have some great options to get you going fast.

Introducing our new coach Anna Sheldon.

Anna is very active in her role as a Race Elements coach and as a QLD Elite Orienteering team coach. Through her years of experience racing at a national and international level, she has a strong ability to create both pure running and adventure racing programs to help people achieve their goals.

The training methods used are engaging, unique and very effective. The programs are very easy to follow and each program is customised tailored to every needs and circumstances

There are two options with either running or adventure racing programs:

Weekend Warrior - Templated programs for 3 levels of riders.

High Performance - Fully customised programs for people wanting only the best training.
