Online Training Preview
Below is what the Online Training section looks like and a quick explanation on how it works.
Once your coach has writen the program, you will be sent login details. Once you have 'Logged On', you will be directed to the survey page. You need to rate your efforts for yesterday.
You will need to rate your self with stars: 1 star being poor - 5 stars being great. Simply click on the star amount for each section. You will also be asked to place your step count from your pedometer in the space provided. If you don't have a pedometer simply place a '0' in the area. Then press 'submit'.

The 'Today' page is your training home page, with your average stars and steps for the week so far, training you have for the day, your profile picture and motivation quote at the bottom of the page.

The 'Calendar' page is where you view your weeks training at a glance with the training type, distance, time and intensity. For more detail on each of the training days, hold the mouse pointer over the day and the details will pop up.
If you require all the details for the week, click on the printer icon down on the right.
You can also set your training goals from this page, by clicking on the 'My Goals' Icon.

The 'My Goals' page is where you input all your upcoming goals and place a time on them. The most recent goal will stay in view until that time has elapsed, then the next goal will appear.

The 'Profile' page is where you can upload pictures for your profile picture on the 'Today' page, as well as a before and after photo. This information and picture is only accessible via your login and password. You can also record details about your goals and training information here.

The 'Support' is where you can email us from with in your web site. Send us your questions, feedback and updates.
