Well done to everyone who took part in the State MTB XC champs. John Pinnells track was superb on the day with Dan Radford 7th and Simon Freddo 8th flying the flag for us in the elite race.

Also now that the XC season is over, it's time for the DH boys and girls to shine. The first round of the State Downhill Series was held on 25 May 2008, with our very own James Maltman winning the elite category, there where also great results for Lindsay Klein 2nd elite, Michael Geale 4th elite, Tim McCollough 5th elite and Liam Paiaro 1st under 19. Well Done guys

A huge shout out to Adam Nicholson who made the Australian 4x MTB team for the World Championships in Italy. Adam flies out on 12 June 2008, so if you see him around wish him luck. No pressure mate but we want GOLD!

Massive effort by all our clients who took part in the Anaconda MTB Enduro, raced over 7 stages in Alice Springs. This is one tough race and we still had some fantastic results Jeff Toohey came 11th overall. Imo Smith 1st and Naomi Hansen 2nd fought it out for the overall womens title with less than 10 minutes seperating them at the end. Rients Lootsma also came 25th in the 40 - 49 category but unfortunately had a couple of bad crashes, get well soon mate.

Keeping this in mind the Enduro season is just starting to get into full swing with 5 races over the next 3 months, so if you need some extra help. Check out our Muppet to Champion 8 week challenge. This could be just what you need to get started.

Muppet to Champion MTB 8 week challenge - Don't forget Guys and Girls we are running a 8 week MTB challenge, if you want to learn more about riding and unleash the champion within than this is the course for you. Starting June 26 and finishing the week before the Epic, this could be just what you need to get started. For more info click here

 

Defensive Road Riding course- We are currently designing a defensive riding course to help you feel safer on the roads. After seeing Greig get hit by a car while commuting to work we thought this would be a great step for us to help make the roads safer. Running In Numbers will now be run from our Windsor studio 5.15pm Monday nights, same format but some more hills, come along and join the fun.
