Massive effort .... .

How good are the Race Elements clients going at the moment? The Merida 24hr has been run and won and it was a massive effort by all the Race Elements crew who got involved. We had a very good result in the overall category, with the Race Elements/For The Riders team placing 2nd by only 3 minutes even though they were 1 rider short all race and had a mechanical that cost them 15minutes. Also Alicia Perkins and Steve Cody took out the 2 person mixed category in their first race together. Rients Lootsma was also rewarded for his hard training with 2nd in the Masters Solo category. Keep up those "Smashing Festivals".

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 12 Week Challenge . It is great to see so many people committed to their health and well being. Cathy Christmas was our eventual winner taking home the $300 Myer gift voucher with honorable mentions to Linda Ditchmen and Michael Moore who really gave Cathy a run for her money. All in all an outstanding effort by everyone, but remember what you have learnt and stay on track, your health never takes a holiday.

 

 

Upcoming events

Muppet to Champion MTB 8 week challenge - Don't forget Guys and Girls we are running a 8 week MTB challenge, if you want to learn more about riding and unleash the champion within than this is the course for you. Starting June 26 and finishing the week before the Epic, this could be just what you need to get started. For more info click here

 

Defensive Road Riding course- We are currently designing a defensive riding course to help you feel safer on the roads. After seeing Greig get hit by a car while commuting to work we thought this would be a great step for us to help make the roads safer. Running In Numbers will now be run from our Windsor studio 5.15pm Monday nights, same format but some more hills, come along and join the fun.
