Weekend Warrior Road Cycling Online Training revolves around a 1 on 1 partnership between you and Nikolai "The Russian".
After winning a Gold medal in road 4-men TTT at the Junior World Championships in 1984, Nikolai studied a Bachelor of Cycle Racing Coaching from the Kiev's State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport. He then spent years racing on the road and also coaching within Europe and Canada. Now he lives in Brisbane and is head Cycling Coach of Race Elements.
His training methods are highly unique. Most sessions on the bike are like none other you would have done before.
The types of riders that currently use this service are people that want the best possible program, tailor made for their goals. Whether you are wanting to put time into your friends on 'social rides' or compete on the national level, Nikolai will get you going fast.
The program is developed through emails and phone calls directly to Nikolai. Once the program has been produced, your contact with Nikolai does not stop there. Tweaks, changes and secret tips are only an email or phone call away.
