If you weren't aware the main focus of Pilate's is to strengthen your 'core muscles', which includes your pelvic floor, transverse abdominal, oblique and rectus abdominis (6 pack).
With out a full functioning and balanaced 'core' muscle group your bodies functionality will always be less than it could be.
